AI Pulse — Terms of Use

Effective 2026-04-25 v0.1 en

These terms govern your use of AI Pulse, an Android application published by JumpStart Labs (the “studio”). Installing or using the app means you accept them. They are short on purpose.

What the app does

The app is a daily-active AI news + ecosystem aggregator. It surfaces curated news from public sources (frontier-model lab blogs, agentic open-source projects, founder-curated X lists, podcast and blog feeds) and presents AI-generated summaries alongside the original sources. The app does not generate news; it summarizes and links to original sources, which retain copyright over their content.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Summaries are produced by an automated pipeline using Google Gemini. They may be incomplete, oversimplified, or occasionally inaccurate. Always click through to the source article for the full, authoritative text. Important decisions should not rely on the summary alone.

Source attribution

Every article and changelog entry shown in the app links back to its original source. Publication dates are preserved. Source name is displayed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Tool-request submissions

When you submit a tool request via the Feedback tab, you grant us a limited license to:

We do not sell your tool-request submissions. We do not share them with third parties.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible and cascades through all our tables.

Tip jar

The “Support development” link in Settings opens an external page (e.g., Buy Me A Coffee). Tips are processed by that external service under their terms, not ours. Tipping does not unlock app features; the app is fully free.

Liability

The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

Material changes will be posted at this URL and a notice will appear in-app on next launch.

Governing law

Swiss law, courts of Zürich, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

This is a draft. Final language will be reviewed by counsel before public Play Store launch.
